1. Shipping & Delivery
At Eplugit, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. We ship across India and Australia through our trusted delivery partners. Our standard processing time for orders is 1-2 business days, and the estimated delivery time varies based on your location:
Metropolitan areas: 3-5 business days
Non-metropolitan areas: 5-7 business days
Remote locations: 7-10 business days
For international shipping outside India and Australia, please contact our customer support before placing an order.
2. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders above a specified amount (as mentioned on our website). For orders below the threshold, standard shipping charges apply and will be calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and courier service.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are usually processed and dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
4. Tracking Your Order
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS, allowing you to track your shipment in real-time. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours, please contact our support team.
5. Delayed or Undelivered Orders
While we strive for timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier service issues. If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please reach out to us for assistance.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged product or if any item is missing from your order, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by providing photos and order details. We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
7. Address & Contact Information
Ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order. Eplugit is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
8. Change of Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team within 12 hours of order confirmation. Changes may not be possible after the order is processed.
